ESP Gauges is a US manufacturer of industrial pressure gauges. We became affiliated in 2017 and offer a complete range — from low-cost commodity gauges to high-precision industrial, differential pressure gauges, and accessories including diaphragm seals and needle valves.

Most gauges ship from stock and are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse in Georgia. We can also set up minimum inventory levels for OEMs with JIT delivery.

Pressure Gauge Selection Guide

Dial Size

Standard sizes: 1”, 1½”, 2”, 2½”, 3½”, 4”, 4½”, 6”, or 8½”. Other sizes available. Measure across the face diameter.

Connection Location

Lower mount (most common), center back, or lower back mount. Other locations on request.

Connection Size

Typical: ⅛”, ¼”, ½” NPT. Other sizes/types available — call to confirm.

Mounting

Lower or back mount, panel mount (U-clamp or front flange), wall mount (back flange).

Material of Wetted Parts

Copper alloy/bronze for most applications. 316 stainless steel or Monel for severe service. Diaphragm seal required for incompatible fluids.

Dry or Liquid Filled

Dry for standard use. Glycerin filled for pulsation/vibration. Silicone or other fluids for temperature extremes or media compatibility.

Case Material

Black painted steel, chrome plated steel, aluminum, stainless steel, phenolic, or polypropylene.

Range

0 to 15,000 PSI, 0-30” Hg vacuum, compound ranges, metric (BAR, kPa), inches of water, altitude, force, and more.

Accuracy

Determined by size and type per ASME standards. Ask about conformance, NIST-traceable accuracy, or material certificates.

Certification & Cleaning

Conformance Certificate, Certificate of Accuracy (NIST traceable), special material certs, oxygen cleaning, and custom cleaning available.
