Founded in 2001, Factory Direct Pipeline Products, Inc. provides sales, engineering and support services for engineered filtration systems, sealless pumps and industrial valves from several of America's leading manufacturers from our corporate headquarters in Blairstown, New Jersey. Our expertise is assisting customers with selecting the most appropriate product for their specific application. We have established several web catalogs in an effort to make finding the information you require as easy as possible.

 

FDPP employs a technical and consultative sales approach based upon in-field experience and direct access to the engineering departments of the manufacturers represented. As a wholly internet-based distributor our business model is considered disruptive because manufacturers and distributors of industrial products typically utilize regional-based distributorships with the expectation that a physical presence is required with prospective customers to analyze their needs and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products. Internet inquiries were not valued by these regional companies due to their territorial restrictions, and manufacturers, not having a complementary product offering, had limited internet traffic (if they even had a website). To this day many industrial websites are used like a business card instead of providing valuable information in support of sales and marketing. Therefore FDPP provides a value-added service to manufacturers, exposing them to customers and projects which they might not otherwise be exposed to, while also streamlining the quotation and shipment process — benefiting customers with expert knowledge, quick deliveries and lower prices.

 

As internet use has grown and evolved to dominate as a sales and marketing platform, FDPP has steadily increased sales, added complementary product lines and continues web-based innovation in support of an excellent customer experience on a global scale.
